Ceremony Only $2500
4 hours at a site of your choice, including arbor and seating, Champagne
celebration set up, and Photography options.

Friday , check in after 12pm, full day Saturday, and check out at noon on Sunday.

• Choice of ceremony site with assorted decor.
• Champagne celebration set up.
• Use of Bridal suite for girls in “Jacks” Use of the Cottage for the guys.
• Reception in the barn for 120 people. Rehearsal dinner on the deck at "Jacks" for up to 40 people
• Reception is fully set up with tables, chairs, dishes, linens, etc. A variety of table decor is available, but you are welcome to bring your own.
• Outside caterers or Food Trucks are welcome, or use the kitchen at “Jacks”, and bring in your own. Catering is not included.
• Use of our bar set up. No alcohol is provided.
• Dinner kitchen cleanup is included.
• Campsite is available for your guests, as well as 3 decorated guest rooms at “Jacks”
• Glamper is available for the wedding couple or a special out of towner guest.
• Included is the campsite , covered shelter, firepit and firewood, bathroom facility.
• Main venue area is elderly and wheelchair accessible.
